Your trust in the correct handling of your data is an important prerequisite for the success of our online offer. The protection of your personal data is therefore very important to us! Your data will only be processed in compliance with the applicable data protection regulations.
We have taken the necessary technical and organisational measures to ensure that your data is processed both internally and by external service providers exclusively in compliance with the applicable data protection regulations.
In the following we would like to explain our principles for the processing of your data.
View, change or delete data
Our goal is to store your personal data correctly. You may review and modify (i.e. update, correct and/or amend) your information at any time or otherwise exercise your right of rectification. Due to gambling regulations, you may be required to submit copies of your ID card or other documents to prove that the changes you have requested actually apply. You also have a right of access to the data we have stored about you. This concerns the purpose, the respective data categories, recipients in the case of forwarding, if applicable, and also the respective storage period.
You can prohibit us from using your personal data for the future or request that it be deleted at any time. We will delete your data if it is no longer necessary or if you request deletion. Please note that data cannot be deleted if we have legal obligations in terms of defence or otherwise (Gambling Act, Money Laundering Regulations, Limitation Act, Finance Act) or if we still need the data to bill for services. In this case, you have the right to restrict processing.
If you wish to access, modify or withdraw your consent to your personal data, please contact us at the following e-mail address: privacy@jaxx.com.
Your right of objection
You have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you for reasons arising from your particular situation. You can do this via our deregistration function or by contacting our customer service. Please note the notes on deleting and restricting processing in the upper section.
If you wish to object to receiving a newsletter, please check the respective settings in your customer account or contact customer service.
Will my data be handed over to others?

These companies are obliged to treat your data confidentially and securely and may only use your data to the extent necessary to fulfil their tasks. The transmitted data is limited to the required minimum. This concerns customer support for processing all your inquiries, the payment service providers for processing all payment transactions as well as service providers for the dispatch of newsletters.
In individual cases we may be legally obliged to pass on your data, for example to investigative authorities. Data is only passed on within the framework of the legal basis.

What tips can you give me about data protection?
Regularly change your password
We take all possible measures so that hackers don’t have a chance at JAXX! Help us to make life difficult for unauthorised parties and data thieves. Change your passport regularly. You can do this easily and comfortably at MY JAXX. Use the navigation menu to go to "Data", and from there to the "Access" item. Simply overwrite your old password with the new one, confirm it and save your amendment.
If you enter the wrong data three times while attempting to register, you will be asked a security question that you completed when registering with JAXX. Once you correctly answer the security question, you will be again be granted access to MY JAXX.
Lost your access data
Make sure you store your access data in a safe place at all times! You should never make a note of your password and player name together. If you have completely lost your access data, please contact our customer service from the UK on 0203 60 80 454* or from outside the UK on +44 203 60 80 454 (calls charged at national rate from a BT landline, calls from mobiles may vary). We would be glad to provide you with assistance!
