If you feel that you need some time out or may be developing a gambling problem you can choose to ‘self exclude’ or to request a time-out period.

Self-Exclusion means that we will return your existing funds and ‘freeze’ your account for up to 24 months or you can set a permanent exclusion. After the agreed self-exclusion period you’ll need to get in touch with us to re-activate your account. You then have to wait for 24hrs for the account to be reactivated – just so you have time to think if you really want to start playing again.
