You can do this easily and comfortably at MY JAXX. Use the navigation menu to go to "Data", and from there to the "Access" item. Simply overwrite your old password with the new one, confirm it and save your amendment.
If you enter the wrong data three times while attempting to register, you will be asked a security question that you completed when registering with JAXX. Once you correctly answer the security question, you will be again be granted access to MY JAXX.
Lost your access data
Make sure you store your access data in a safe place at all times! You should never make a note of your password and player name together. If you have completely lost your access data, please contact our customer service on the telephone number 01805-649 649 (14 Cent/Min. from a German landline, mobile telephone prices may vary). We would be glad to provide you with assistance!
Is JAXX liable for partners websites?
